Jim Sharp, MPCP, MoCEM, TLO is the Emergency Management Director for Warren County. Jim is a 20+ year veteran of the emergency management profession with a Federal Emergency Management Agency certification as a Master Professional Continuity Practitioner and a Level 1 Certified Emergency Manager designation through the Missouri Emergency Management Association. He serves as a member of the Region C Incident Support Team, as a Terrorism Liaison Officer with the Missouri Information Analysis Center (one of the state’s Fusion Centers), and is the Cybersecurity and Cyber Intelligence Lead for the Regional Homeland Security Oversight Committee. Additionally, Jim is a qualified instructor for Incident Command System, National Incident Management System, and Emergency Operations Center courses. He is also a recognized subject matter expert and published author, with articles appearing in such well-respected publications as Emergency Management Magazine, At the Ready Magazine, School Transportation News, the Firefighters Association of Missouri Newsletter, Disaster Recovery Journal, and Homeland Security Today.
